Step 2: Add to Cart
Select your preferred pack size (e.g., 3s, 10s, or combo packs) and click “Add to Cart” or “Add to Basket.” A sidebar will display your selected items, allowing you to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
Step 3: Member Login & Benefits
In the shopping cart, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

· Existing Members: Log in to earn and redeem Member Points for future discounts.
· Guest Checkout: You may also checkout without creating an account by providing your email address.
Step 4: Shipping and Delivery
· Delivery Method: Most orders are shipped via SF Express. You can choose home delivery or pick up at SF Business Stations, SF Stores, or SF EF Lockers.
· Discreet Packaging: All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging to ensure privacy. No product names or branding will appear on the exterior.
Step 5: Payment Method
Durex HK uses the SHOPLINE Payments gateway, which supports:

Step 6: Confirm and Track Order
